We address these key challenges in the YourNextMe workshops for Team Leaders.
Strong leadership starts with self-reflection. In our workshops, based on the five elements of the Butterfly Principle, you will discover how your leadership, communication and delegation styles have an impact. We combine reflection, theory and practical tools such as Grant Cardone's 10X goals, Bruce Tuckman's model and the methods of Kübler-Ross and Hersey & Blanchard.
You and your team of managers will learn to lead in a vulnerable and authentic way, to challenge yourselves and to apply new insights immediately. This will enable you and your team to grow together.
