Coaching has become a calling for me because, through my own transformations, I know what it feels like to be stuck, and equally how liberating it is to finally find yourself. I've always had the talent for seeing people as they can become, not as they think they are. With over 25 years of experience in marketing and leadership, I knew my expertise was much more than just numbers, strategy, and growth. The true missing link was mindset. And at that precise moment, Grant Cardone crossed my path.

For years, I was thinking small. I let other people's expectations, judgments, relationships, and circumstances dictate my life. The 10X mindset challenged me to think differently: bigger, freer, braver. And that shift changed everything. It immediately felt like a perfect match between my international business experience and Grant's no-nonsense 10X philosophy. Today, I'm proud to say I'm the first certified female 10X Performance Coach in Europe, a role I fulfill with both strength and gentleness.

In my work, I guide entrepreneurs and leaders to take the leap to their next level, both rationally and intuitively, strategically and humanly. My Butterfly Principle is the guiding principle: a method that combines mindset, structure, energy, and action to create sustainable, measurable growth.

Dominique, the woman behind YourNextMe

Where mindset, strategy and growth meet

Born in Bilzen in June 1968 and raised in Lanaken as the eldest of three girls, I learned early on what it means to take responsibility and forge my own path. At home, we spoke both French and Dutch, which not only broadened my horizons but also gave me a head start in my later career. This open mind took me to America as an exchange student, and later all over the world: more than 69 countries, years living and working in Brussels, Paris, and London, and leadership marketing roles where I managed teams of more than 40 people. I spoke to audiences of 2,000 people, in three languages, and built an international career path that many would describe as "successful."

But behind that success there were also storms.

Two marriages ended, one with a pathologically jealous partner, one with a narcissist, two new beginnings, all while being a single mother of twins. Layoffs, burnout, moments where I thought, "Is this the path I should continue on?"

The answer became clear: no.

I didn't have to live in someone else's shoes. I had to forge my own path.

And that path led to YourNextMe.

At 54, an age when many think their greatest achievements are behind them, I decided to do the opposite: I started my business. From strength. From experience. From a deep desire to help others grow, accelerate, and flourish. I do this using the Butterfly Principle and Grant Cardone's 10X method.
